Field Engineer - Ahmedabad

You will be responsible for providing desktop support services with a basic knowledge of troubleshooting. This includes installation of Outlook and understanding its functionalities, as well as basic networking knowledge. You will also be required to handle printer installations and be able to identify desktop and laptop parts. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field. A graduate degree is required for this position. As a part of the Service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop systems. The key skills required for this role include desktop support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and hardware knowledge.
