Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and terms clearly to customers. Collect required documents and assist customers in completing the application process. Coordinate with the credit and verification team for loan processing. Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursements. Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure compliance with KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and bank procedures. 2. Credit Card Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and corporate tie-ups. Explain card benefits, usage, and terms to prospective customers. Screen customers for eligibility based on bank policies. Collect and verify required documents (ID proof, income proof, etc.). Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new credit card acquisitions. Maintain follow-ups for card activation and initial usage. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
