1.Manage and update customer account information in internal systems. 2. Use Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) to analyze account data and generate accurate reports. 3. Reconcile payments, outstanding balances, and discrepancies. 4. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for the collections department. 5. Track collection performance metrics and highlight exceptions or discrepancies. 6. Maintain database accuracy and ensure timely updates. Identify data gaps or patterns to improve collection efficiency
Visit customers at their residence or place of business to collect due payments FOR CREDIT CARD DEFAULT. Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts as per assigned portfolio. Negotiate payment schedules and settlements in accordance with company policies. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Report daily field activity and collection performance to the manager.
