Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Bengaluru. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
