This position is responsible to oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He/she will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity of the unit. Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for the P&L of the unit. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing non-value added (NVA) costs and maintaining high quality standards.responsible to ensure plant is operating optimally Monitors operating expenses of plant and actively searches for cost saving opportunities Monitor the production output, product quality and on-time delivery, safety of the plant, upkeep of the plant and 5S. Allocate resources effectively and efficiently and fully utilize the assets to produce best outcomes. Adopt and implement measures of productivity enhancement & continual improvement in the plant Responsible to ensure all compliances are up to date. Responsible for the safe operations of the plant. Collect and analyse data to find places of wastes or overtimes. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Share a trusting relationship with workforce and train and develop plant staff. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Control the inventory as per the target provided and ensuring accuracy of inventory Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives taken by HO and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Address employees issues or grievances and administer collective negotiating agreements as per company policies. Ability to create accountability within the workforce and to lead by example Responsible for effectively managing manpower planning, Implement effective and efficient Quality Management Systems to deliver defect free products by minimize reworking, rejects and wastages. Making monthly plan and ensuring to meet the target. Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, get first-hand customer information; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. Every month 5 Kaizens/improvements with its benefits Ensuring account receivables are as per agreed payment terms with customers.
