Job Title: Fiberglass Planter & Pot Fabrication Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Fabrication Specialist with strong expertise in manufacturing high-quality fiberglass planters and pots. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mould creation, finishing, and production processes to ensure durable, aesthetic, and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create fiberglass moulds for planters and decorative pots.
• Handle the complete fabrication process including gel coating, lamination, curing, trimming, and finishing.
• Mix and apply resins, catalysts, and reinforcing materials accurately.
• Ensure surface quality, uniform color, and weather resistance of all finished products.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and moulds in optimal conditions

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass or FRP product manufacturing.
• Proven experience in mould creation and repair.
• Strong understanding of resin systems, fiberglass lay-up techniques, and finishing methods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to meet production deadlines and maintain safety standards.

Preferred:

• Experience in decorative or architectural planter production.
• Basic understanding of color matching and surface finishing.
