Key Responsibilities: Design and create fiberglass moulds for planters and decorative pots. Handle the complete fabrication process including gel coating, lamination, curing, trimming, and finishing. Mix and apply resins, catalysts, and reinforcing materials accurately. Ensure surface quality, uniform color, and weather resistance of all finished products. Maintain equipment, tools, and moulds in optimal conditions Requirements: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass or FRP product manufacturing. Proven experience in mould creation and repair. Strong understanding of resin systems, fiberglass lay-up techniques, and finishing methods. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to meet production deadlines and maintain safety standards. Preferred: Experience in decorative or architectural planter production.
