As an established management consulting company with a global presence, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and configuring Fenergo solutions to align with business requirements. Your responsibilities will include customizing workflows, data models, and user interfaces, as well as integrating Fenergo with other enterprise systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining technical documentation, conducting testing, providing support to users, and ensuring system performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure Fenergo solutions as per business needs. - Customize Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces. - Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems. - Write and update technical documentation for Fenergo configurations. - Conduct unit and integration testing of Fenergo solutions. - Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents. - Monitor system performance, identify areas for enhancement, and perform regular maintenance. - Manage environment configurations and deployments. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and provide end-user training. - Ensure Fenergo configurations comply with regulatory requirements and security standards. - Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard Fenergo data. - Participate in audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in Fenergo development and/or support. - Strong understanding of Fenergo platform architecture, configuration, and customization. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, SQL. - Experience with database systems like Oracle, SQL Server, and web services (SOAP, REST). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of financial services industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML) is advantageous. - Fenergo certification, experience with specific modules or versions, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP are desirable. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
