The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and configure Fenergo solutions to align with business requirements. This includes customizing Fenergo workflows, data models, and user interfaces, as well as developing and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems. Technical documentation for Fenergo configurations and customizations must be written and maintained, in addition to performing unit and integration testing of Fenergo solutions. As a member of the team, you will provide technical support for Fenergo users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
