Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. Assist customers with order updates, returns/exchanges, delivery issues, and general support. Provide clear, helpful, and friendly communication in both English and Hindi. Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping or order-related issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure smooth follow-up. Gather customer feedback and assist in improving our service experience. Requirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. Prior customer service or e-commerce experience is a bonus.
