About AFC Store:

AFC Store is a leading retailer of building materials, paints, plumbing, electrical, and hardware products in Western Odisha. We are expanding our customer support and paint division team at our Barahguda branch and are looking for a Female Telecaller to assist with customer communication and sales coordination.

Job Description:

The Female Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, and support the sales team in generating and following up on leads. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice, good communication skills, and a positive attitude toward customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow-ups and product promotions.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Share product details, offers, and quotations through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update customer records regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and store team for order processing.
• Prepare and maintain daily call and lead reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome; experience in telecalling preferred).
• Skills:
• Good communication and polite behavior.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Confident, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Languages: Odia, Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory).

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹8,500 per month
• Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: AFC Store, Barahguda, near Food Park, Bargarh

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
