Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Staff member to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer interaction, a passion for sales, and a flair for communicating the value of our online courses to potential learners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for selling online courses
- Provide detailed course information, handle inquiries, and close sales
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality support
Requirements / Qualifications :
- Education : Any Degree / MBA
- Experience : 1 to 3 years in telecalling or customer service
- Languages : Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Preferred : Experience in online course sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
- Skill development and sales training opportunities
- Gender : female candidates
Salary :
As per Industry standards and experience (plus performance-based incentives)

- Fixed working hours : 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work Days : Monday to Saturday
