Compensation: ₹5 LPA – ₹10 LPA + Incentives (based on experience & skills)

About the Role

A reputable and growing shipping company is looking for experienced Female Telecalling Executives with strong communication skills and a solid background in customer interaction. Candidates from any industry are welcome, provided they have 5+ years of professional experience and excellent telephone etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism

* Communicate effectively with both India-based teams and international clients

* Coordinate with internal pricing / operations teams when required

* Manage follow-ups, customer queries, and service-related communication

* Maintain call records, updates, and daily reporting

* Support business development teams through customer engagement

* Ensure polite, clear, and accurate communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling / customer communication

* Excellent command over English; Hindi preferred

* Knowledge of regional languages is a plus

* Confident telephone manners and polished communication style

* Ability to work in flexible shifts (to align with global time zones)

* Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
