Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote services.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of customer information.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
  • Good communication skills in Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Pleasant voice and good interpersonal skills
