Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of customer information. Follow up with interested customers. Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints or issues.
