Female telecaller

We're looking for a Tamil Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting our software solutions, and generating sales leads.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers in Tamil

- Promote software solutions and services

- Provide excellent customer service

- Submit daily reports to the Team Lead

Requirements:

- Fluent in Tamil (speaking and writing)

- Excellent communication (Tamil) and interpersonal skills

- 0-1 year of experience in sales/telecalling

- Ability to work in a team environment

Benefits:

*First Month (Probation): ₹5,000 basic + ₹200 for each valid demo (paid on the same day after completing the demo) + incentives.

*From Second Month: Basic salary will increase based on performance. Demo allowance (₹200 per valid same-day demo after completion) and incentives remain the same.
