We're now hiring a professional female telecaller who is confident, well-spoken in English, and has experience in handling premium clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to generate sales leads and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and fluency.
• Clearly explain marble products, pricing, and offerings to customers.
• Schedule showroom visits or virtual meetings for interested leads.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and timely support.
• Build rapport with architects, interior designers, and dealers over calls.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant marble solutions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling.
• Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to understand and explain marble products and applications.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, Excel, and basic phone apps.
• Candidates from luxury, interiors, real estate, or marble industries preferred.
