Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Female Telecaller to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, follow up with leads, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain lead records
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team
• Keep CRM and call logs updated and accurate
• Prepare and present daily/weekly follow-up reports
• Support the sales team in nurturing leads and closing deals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience in real estate or similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
