Job Description

As an urgent hiring Female Tele Caller at our location in Trivandrum, Thampanoor, you will be responsible for contacting potential students and parents, providing information about courses and programs, handling inquiries regarding admissions, following up on leads and applications, as well as updating and maintaining student data. Your proficiency in MS Office, excellent verbal communication, basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, and ability to work in a team will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for individuals with at least a Plus Two or Degree qualification, with 1 year of experience preferred but freshers can also apply. The compensation for this position includes a salary plus incentives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to receive benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement, as well as performance and yearly bonuses.
