Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and collecting relevant contact data, designing and executing targeted email campaigns, and converting responses into qualified leads. This role requires strong research skills, creativity in outreach, and the ability to manage marketing automation tools effectively. Key Responsibilities: Data Mining & List Building: Research and extract potential client data from web sources, directories, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Maintain and update email databases ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Email Campaign Creation & Execution: Design, write, and schedule engaging and personalized cold email campaigns. Use email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, etc.) to automate campaigns. Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, and response metrics. Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify leads based on responses and route them to the sales team. Follow up with prospects via email sequences to nurture and convert into meetings or demos. Report daily/weekly progress on campaign performance and lead status. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email communications comply with relevant laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Continuously optimize subject lines, content, and sending strategies based on A/B testing and metrics. Requirements: Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital outreach. Strong research and data scraping skills (using tools or manual methods). Excellent written English and persuasive communication style. Familiarity with CRM and email automation platforms. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io. Understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels. Knowledge of email warm-up, inbox placement tools, and cold email tactics.
