Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and English-speaking Female Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead communication.
Your main role will be to talk to potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them about our marble products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers who submit inquiries through WhatsApp, website, or social media.
• Explain marble products, pricing, and showroom visit details in clear English.
• Maintain proper communication with clients and update lead status in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Schedule appointments and showroom visits.
• Answer incoming customer calls/messages with patience and professionalism.
• Share product photos, videos, and details as required.
• Work closely with the sales team to assist in conversions.
• Follow-up with interested leads to close sales.
• Maintain a friendly and positive communication tone at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate only.
• Strong English speaking skills (must be fluent and confident).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling apps, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to learn about marble products and explain them easily.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and professionalism.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
