Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Work Mode:
• Hiring & Training: 100% Online, After Training: Work From Office (Kolkata)

• Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 per successful onboarding
• Minimum Target: 2 confirmed clients per month (Mandatory)

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in:
• B2B Tele calling
• Software/IT Sales
• Client Onboarding / Franchise Sales

Languages: Must be fluent in:

• Bengali
• Hindi
• English

• Skills:
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Forms, Email, CRM
• Excellent at handling objections and following up professionally
• Able to fix meetings or demos for decision-makers

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Send program details, brochures, and intro messages via WhatsApp
• Explain key benefits and clarify any doubts with patience
• Schedule meetings for the senior team to complete onboarding
• Maintain regular follow-up and relationship building
