Job Title: Female Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: Sector 63, Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience & performance) + Incentives

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing real estate firm based in Gurugram, specializing in premium residential and commercial projects across Delhi-NCR. Our goal is to deliver exceptional property investment opportunities and unmatched client service.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads provided by the marketing team.
• Pitch real estate projects and investment opportunities professionally to clients.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits or meetings with sales managers.
• Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure daily follow-up reports and call logs are submitted to the team lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only (presentable and confident personality).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Good convincing power and ability to handle client queries smartly.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects in Gurugram is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM software preferred.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
