Job Description

MMT Softtech is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting IT services and products, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and software products.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable IT solutions.
Maintain a strong follow-up with interested prospects.
Update and manage the CRM database with accurate lead information.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of IT products, websites, or software services is an added advantage.
Ability to handle client queries professionally.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in English, Telugu, or Hindi (any two preferred).

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in IT sales, telemarketing, or lead generation will be given first preference.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Monday to Saturday
