The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, handling Clients inquiries, and promoting our services related to e-commerce solutions, digital support, and business registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Follow up on leads and client inquiries
• Maintain and update client information in the database
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
• Handle basic customer queries and provide support
• Record daily calling activities and performance reports

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers welcome)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Polite, energetic, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
