A Customer Care Manager's job is to lead and oversee customer support teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction and managing the overall customer experience. They develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, resolve customer issues, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting market research, and collaborating with other department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Service Customer Care Manager/Service ACCM
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong in team and workshop task management
• Commitment to providing the best customer service through effective team coordination

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
