Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception cum Customer Relation Manager to handle front desk operations, customer inquiries, and build strong relationships with our clients and their families. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our rehab centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
2. Greet visitors, patients, and their families, and provide them with necessary information.
3. Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and address concerns.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and referral sources.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience.
6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
7. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the centre's reputation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
