We are now looking for a Female Partner to lead our Rentals Vertical in Bangalore.

This is a pure 50:50 profit-sharing partnership (no fixed salary), ideal for a motivated and people-oriented professional who thrives in the field and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle rental client inquiries independently from start to closure
• Schedule and conduct property inspections with tenants and owners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Take full ownership of rental transactions and deal closures
• Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory)
• Native of Bangalore strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in dealing with people
• Prior experience in rentals preferred but not essential
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Bangalore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
