Job Title: Female Nursing Staff Location: Indore Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years Job Summary: We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Female Nursing Staff with at least 2–3 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a patient-first attitude, sound clinical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring. Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient rounds. Maintain accurate patient records and charts. Ensure cleanliness and infection control protocols are followed. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care. Coordinate with other nursing and hospital staff to ensure seamless care. Respond to emergencies promptly and follow standard operating procedures. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to physicians. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting. GNM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute. Valid nursing registration with the appropriate medical council. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
