Job Title: Female (Nurse) Job Summary: The Female Hostel (Nurse) is responsible for overseeing the well-being of female hostel residents, with a special focus on healthcare support. The role combines hostel administration with basic nursing care to support the students' health and discipline. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and discipline of the female hostel. Monitor students’ attendance, movement, and curfew adherence. Provide basic first aid and nursing care to residents when needed. Maintain student health records and monitor sick students. Arrange for medical appointments and emergency care as necessary. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas. Maintain medical inventory and supplies in the hostel. Serve as a liaison between students and parents for health and welfare matters. Provide emotional and moral support to students. Maintain proper documentation related to hostel administration and healthcare. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing preferred). Registered Nurse with relevant certifications. Experience in hostel management or residential care preferred. Compassionate, disciplined, and responsible. Willingness to reside on campus and work flexible hours.
