Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care (monitor vital signs, administer medicines, dress wounds).
• Assist doctors during treatments, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain patient records and update case files.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and health practices.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards.
• Operate medical equipment and monitor patient recovery.
• Provide emotional support to patients.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
• Registered with State Nursing Council.
• Clinical experience (0–5 years, depending on level).

Skills Needed

• Patient care and empathy.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and equipment.

Work Environment

• Hospitals (ICU, OPD, OT, Emergency).
• Clinics, Nursing Homes, and Health Centers.
• Community health programs and NGOs.
• Private home care or corporate health setups.
