Female Membership Consultant

As a Membership Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in attracting new members and maintaining relationships with existing members to drive retention. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operations to enhance the overall member experience. You will be tasked with engaging in community events to promote the clubhouse, establish a network of referrals and partnerships with local businesses, and meet monthly sales quotas by converting leads into active memberships. Your sales and marketing skills will be put to the test as you develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential in this role. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills to respond to member inquiries and concerns promptly. Basic knowledge of data analysis will also be required to track sales performance and member engagement effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary for this position. Preferred qualifications include understanding of the fitness industry, experience working in a gym or clubhouse setting, familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, and event planning experience. Ideally, you should have 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
