Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Mechanical Design Engineer roles (freshers, experienced, and career-break candidates).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with technical teams for interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate database and follow up till onboarding.
Assist in HR operations like joining formalities, employee engagement, and basic compliance.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate in any Degree
Freshers, experienced HRs, or candidates resuming after a career break are welcome.
Good communication & people skills.
Interest/knowledge in engineering recruitment will be an added advantage.
