Job Description

You will join PVR Ltd. as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Kochi, responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff, managing laundry operations, ensuring high customer service standards, and effectively communicating with the management team. Your role will involve utilizing your supervisory skills and housekeeping experience to maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, restrooms, offices, and theaters. Additionally, you will be expected to possess knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, laundry operations, OSHA regulations, and safety practices. Ideally, you should have a degree in Hotel Management or a related field, along with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work in rotational shifts. Your responsibilities will also include upholding the company's service standards and ensuring a superior cinema viewing experience for customers. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and the opportunity for a performance bonus. The position requires you to work on-site in Kochi, and you must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala.
