The Hostel Warden (Male & Female) plays a critical role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students residing in the hostel. This position requires overseeing daily operations, addressing student concerns, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Responsibilities Supervise and manage all hostel operations and facilities. Ensure safety and security of all students residing in the hostel. Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently and fairly. Address student concerns and provide guidance and counseling as needed. Coordinate with maintenance staff for upkeep and repairs of hostel facilities. Organize recreational activities and foster a sense of community among students. Maintain accurate records and reports of student attendance and incidents. Serve as a liaison between the students and institutional administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or relevant field. Previous experience in residential life management or as a warden is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline effectively. Understanding of safety and crisis management protocols. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse student body.
