We are looking for a responsible and empathetic Female Warden to oversee the daily operations and welfare of students residing in our accommodation facility. The ideal candidate should be approachable, well-organized with good communication skills and committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for female students.
Responsibilities: * Manage hostel operations & staff supervision * Ensure guest satisfaction through hospitality services * Oversee housekeeping & facility maintenance * Coordinate warden activities & events Food allowance
Oversee the daily operations. Ensure safety, discipline & stick to hostel rules. Maintain attendance & movement records of residents. Act as first point of contact for emergencies, disputes, or student concerns. Coordinate with parents if required.
