Job Title: Female English Senior Counsellor Location: Rapid Metro, DLF Phase 2 Position Type: Full-time Shift Timings: 12:00 PM 09:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Female English Senior Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional counseling, guidance, and support to students and professionals looking to enhance their English language proficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in language learning, and the ability to motivate and mentor clients toward achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students and professionals to enhance their English language skills. Assess clients' proficiency levels and learning needs to develop customized counseling plans. Provide expert guidance on language improvement, career development, and personal growth. Monitor and evaluate client progress, offering tailored recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with new trends, methodologies, and resources in English language learning. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress reports, and feedback. Organize and facilitate workshops, training programs, and interactive sessions to boost language proficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Psychology, Education , or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in counseling or teaching English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Passion for mentoring and helping individuals achieve their potential .
