As a Dentist, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. This includes conducting regular cleanings, fillings, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry procedures. You will also be required to assist other doctors during treatments and educate patients on maintaining proper oral health practices. Effective communication with our dental staff regarding patient treatment plans and prescribing medications as necessary are essential aspects of this role. It is imperative that you carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations, while also supervising the work of professional, technical, and administrative staff. To excel in this position, you must hold a MDS or BDS degree and possess a current license to practice dentistry. For MDS candidates, a minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience is required, whereas BDS candidates should have at least 5+ years of clinical experience. Proficiency in procedures such as scaling, filling, RCT, and other cosmetic dentistry treatments is crucial. Your commitment to delivering the highest quality care to patients along with excellent communication skills in English will be highly valued. This is a part-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule that includes fixed shifts and weekend availability. A yearly bonus is also part of the compensation package. The ability to commute or relocate to Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru - 560035, Karnataka is mandatory. We are specifically seeking a dentist who resides near our clinic location on Sarjapur Road.
