At our store, customers can find a wide range of Sarees, Suits, and Lehengas — from traditional Banarasi to modern designer styles. We are known for our customer-first approach and a rich collection that suits every occasion — weddings, festivals, and daily wear.

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Female Customer Relationship Manager to manage walk-in customers, build lasting client relationships, and help drive showroom sales. Prior experience in saree or ethnic wear retail is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend walk-in customers politely
• Understand customer preferences and assist in product selection
• Maintain client records and encourage repeat business
• Coordinate billing and post-sales follow-up if needed
• Ensure the showroom is clean and merchandise is well-presented
• Work closely with the sales team for daily targets

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 3 year to 4 year of retail/customer handling experience (CRM)
• Candidates with experience in saree/ethnic wear stores will be preferred
• Good verbal communication in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)
• Polite, confident, and presentable personality
• Comfortable with long working hours in a retail setup
