Female curriculum coordinator

As an educator responsible for designing and driving a high-quality preschool curriculum from Playgroup to UKG, your role will involve developing and updating age-appropriate curriculum, lesson plans, and activity guides. You will train and support teachers through workshops, demos, and classroom observations, ensuring consistent academic quality across classrooms and branches. Additionally, you will coordinate assessments, portfolios, planners, and parent communication material, while standardizing and managing teaching aids, classroom setup, and learning resources. You will also be expected to introduce new methodologies and ensure alignment with Early Childhood Education (ECE) best practices and the National Education Policy (NEP). Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in ECE, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in preschool academics or curriculum design. - Strong understanding of pedagogy, developmental milestones, and classroom management. - Excellent documentation and communication skills.
