Rexon Interiors & Developers is a fast-growing interior design and construction company based in Trivandrum, committed to delivering exceptional design and build solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Estimator with experience in the interior design sector to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design projects based on client requirements, drawings, and BOQs.
• Develop detailed project quotations and ensure timely submissions to clients.
• Analyze and compare vendor quotes, material costs, and labor charges.
• Maintain and update a pricing database for materials and services.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and support in project budgeting.
• Coordinate with clients for any revisions or clarifications related to estimations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in estimation and quotation preparation in the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other estimation tools/software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Should be based in Trivandrum or willing to relocate.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
