Job Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

• Handle incoming calls professionally and provide information about our services, offers, and pricing.
• Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments

Appointment Management:

• Confirm client bookings and send timely reminders.
• Manage the salon's schedule to ensure smooth operations.

Feedback Collection:

• Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback on services.
• Record client testimonials and assist in creating customer feedback videos.

Promotions & Upselling:

• Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about new services, packages, and promotional offers.
• Upsell premium services to enhance client satisfaction.

Reel & Video Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the team to create engaging reels and short videos for social media, showcasing customer experiences and salon services.

Database Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the salon’s database.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with Instagram and video content creation tools is a plus.
• Organizational skills for managing appointments and client data.
• Creative mindset for generating social media content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
