Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Google Sheets and excellent coordination skills with sales teams. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing data in Google Sheets, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining efficient back-office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Utilise Google Sheets to maintain and organise data effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Handle data entry tasks promptly and accurately.
• Coordination with Sales Team:
• Act as a liaison between the back office and sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Typing Speed:
• Possess a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
• Immediate Joiners:
• Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar back-office role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
