Female Architect

As a Junior Architect, your role involves consulting with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction. You will be responsible for interpreting client briefs, preparing designs, and planning projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing or supervising the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons. - Ensuring complete coordination between various vendors and contractors to ensure the proper execution of the architectural design while matching industry standards. - Reading and interpreting all service drawings from consultants with necessary coordination. - Developing project plans and meeting all coordinated deadlines and schedules. - Organizing and coordinating contractors and vendors to meet project plans. - Monitoring activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications. - Taking architectural direction, coordination, and decision authority in your respective design team. - Ensuring the cohesion of your team and overall project success. The skills required for this role include: - 1-2 years of experience in architecture & interior projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
