Profile - Felting Supervisor
Qualification - ITI / B.Tech / Diploma- mech.
Experience- min. 2+ yrs as a felting supervisor in foundry industry
Working Hour- 12
Location- Jaipur
JD
Select suitable felts, ceramic filters, and insulating materials for different alloys (steel, cast iron, aluminium, etc.).
Conduct quality checks of felting materials (density, porosity, thermal resistance).
Design and recommend filter placement in gating systems to control metal flow.
Work with foundry design engineers to integrate felts/filters in moulds and cores.
Optimize usage to reduce shrinkage, slag inclusions, and porosity defects.
Awareness of melting and heat treatment process.
