FEED MILLL SUPERVISOR

A Feed Mill Supervisor oversees the daily operations of an animal feed production facility, ensuring efficient and safe production processes by managing raw material storage, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision. Their duties include maintaining quality control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a liaison between staff and management to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Coordinate feed production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Raw Material Management: Monitor and manage the storage and handling of feed ingredients to ensure adequate supply for production.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and inspection of feed mill machinery and other equipment.
• Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and develop mill staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality and safety standards for all feed products and production processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the mill adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for operational staff and upper management, facilitating clear communication.
• Logistics: Coordinate the logistical aspects of feed ingredient delivery and finished product distribution to farms.
