Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Kalyan. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Align campaigns with business goals like lead generation, or brand awareness. Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ad campaigns. Build retargeting funnels, audience segments, and experiment with creative variations. Monitor key KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPL, and optimize accordingly. Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve ROI. Qualifications Strong Marketing and Communication skills Experience in Handling Paid Ads Marketing Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Web Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
