Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Associate
Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Dwarka – New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience & communication skills)
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in the food & beverage area
• Take orders accurately and operate the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service and dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
• Provide guidance to guests regarding food and beverage options
• Assist in inventory, stock handling, and daily operational tasks
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and address minor queries

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service, hospitality, or QSR
• Basic menu knowledge: Indian & Chinese food, beverages
• Knowledge of IMFL brands and basic mocktail/cocktail service (preferred)
• Good communication and guest handling skills
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
