Job Description

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
  • Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and areas are kept free of waste.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations and report any hazards.
  • Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting in basic food prep or setup as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of shortages.
  • Follow departmental SOPs and hotel policies at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or F&B Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹16,989.79 per month
