F&B Service Steward Hostess

Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant. She ensures a warm welcome, smooth seating arrangements, and excellent guest service throughout their dining experience. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance to represent the hospitality standards of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests effectively to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Present menus, introduce specials, and assist with initial guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the hostess desk, menus, and entrance area.
• Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and support service staff when required.
• Promote restaurant offerings, special events, and loyalty programs.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
